Mal-Tel Communication Sdn Bhd, one of the main players in the Malaysian radio communication industry
established since 1997 comprises of three core business. They are:-
1) Radio communication business

the position stated as below:-
Sales Executive (Radio Communication) / Business Development Executive (Media Advertising)
Responsibilities:
• To develop new client base and establish an excellent customer relationship professionally.
• To coordinate for all proposals include quotation, presentation, follow-up documents etc to ensure timely project completion
• Always have an alert mind of industrial market trends in order to implement strategic planning
Requirements:
Sales Executive (Radio Communication)
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skills with good command of English and
Bahasa Malaysia
• Sales and result oriented with strong negotiation related to skills.
• Experiences in Sales- Engineering/ Technical / IT /Communication Products will be an added advantage.
• Team work and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Business Development Executive (Media Advertising)
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM or Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, innovative and resourceful.
• Working experience in media and advertising industry is required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Fieldworks Engineer &Technician (Radio Communication)
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
• To provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key
customers/channel partners in project implementation
• To troubleshoot on technical issues and to provide excellent service to existing corporate customers.
• Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service
framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

RF Fieldworks Engineer
Requirements:
• Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• More than 2 years experience in telecom industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills RF Fieldworks Technician
• Min requirement: cert/diploma in EE or Tele.
• Good technical knowledge in RF & electronics.
• Good command of English and able to work shift when request.
• Hardworking and fast learner with computer literate and fresh graduates candidates are encouraged to apply.

IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• To plan and oversee the installation, integration and acceptance testing for network (LAN/WAN) systems or any other broadcast-related communications systems.
• Able to manage and configure all types of networking devices such as routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls and network monitoring/diagnostic tools.
• To carry out Digital Signage software testing and troubleshooting.
• To perform troubleshooting and fault finding on system hardware and related system software.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Engineering/Information Technology, Data Communications or related fields.
• Knowledge in internetworking, implementing, administering and supporting VPN, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP Network.
• Knowledge in Linux is an advantage.
• Travelling is required.
• Analytical with good problem solving skills and able to work independently and as a team.
• Possess own transport.
• Fresh Graduate with above qualification is encouraged to apply.

Software Programmer
Requirements:
• Formal software engineering skills and real world experience developing, deploying and maintaining web application
• G UI and UI Design experience
• Experience in agile development practices and iteration cycles
• Knowledge and experience with HTML /DHTML/CSS
• High level of skill in PHP 4/PHP5. Strong Object Oriented PHP skills
• Great knowledge in MySql databases , and server.
• Experience with Java Script is highly recommended. This includes using the DOM, AJAX and common JavaScript libraries.
• Linux experience a plus.
• Additional credit for Digital Signage system knowledge and experience.
• Comfortable designing, normalizing, implementing, optimizing and managing transactional databases in a live, web-based environment.
• Knowledge of web syndication concepts is a definite plus.
