Over the years, the company has successfully developed remarkable portfolio of radio communication solutions across both governmental and commercial industries in Malaysia. We are the radio communication provider and exclusive sole distributor of Kenwood since 1999. Since then, Mal-Tel has its business diversified in other ventures such as audio and visual, as well as ICT. The company is supported by a group of directors, shareholders and professional staffs with diverse background and expertise in the Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) and Information Technology (IT) industry.
Kenwood Radio Communication Products Mal-Tel has been awarded the exclusive sole distributorship by Kenwood Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore since year 1999. We constantly enhance our sales and marketing efforts to go beyond our commitment for the distribution of Kenwood’s radio communication products and services. Electronics Audio and Visual Products Mal-Electronics Sdn Bhd, was founded in 2000. We’ve obtained the Semi-Knocked Down (CJ5) License to establish our field in the assembly of electronic products locally. Along with the vast business opportunities in Malaysia’s Electronics industry, we’ve grown to become the leading market players supplying and distributing VCD players, DVD players, single-line phones, plasma and LCD televisions under the brand name “MAL™”. Our “MAL™” plasma and LCD televisions are widely sold by hypermarkets and electrical appliances dealers throughout the nation. We offer an extensive range of services:-
 Early in 2009, Mal-Electronics expanded its business platform through collaboration with MBF Cards (M) Sdn Bhd. MBF XD 42” LCD TV was successfully launched under the MBF Cards’ Campaign. Since then, we always ensure our dedicated team is fully committed to serving our clients to promote long-term and mutually beneficial business relationships.  Digital Signage and Visual Product Mal-Tel always goes the extra miles to expand its business in other ventures to attain sustainability. Mal-Tel Technology Sdn Bhd was set up in 2002 and has been awarded with MSC status certification by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC). We first begin to promote the I-Connect brand of wireless LAN products, Internet Fast Access Solution and Fixed SMS telephone, in collaboration with our business partner Intraco Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd. We strive to provide our clients with last mile connectivity, flexible and cost effective solutions. Later in March 2004, we have made reasonable efforts entering into agreement with Telekom Sales & Services Sdn Bhd (Kedai Telekom, marketing arm of TM Group) which has 96 outlets nationwide to promote the distribution of I-Connect brand of wireless LAN products. Digital Signage and Advertising Solutions:- With the advance technology and broadband connectivity these days, Mal-Tel foresees bright prospects in the Digital Signage market. Digital Signage is an electronic display used as an in-store sign to present constantly changing, computer generated, full-motion video, photo-realistic graphics, text and animation. It is a dynamic venue as opposed to static billboards and posters. We strongly believe we could make a significant impact in today’s competitive market together with our complete bundled resources and supports from our ICT and MAL™ plasma and LCD televisions. Currently, Mal-Tel has deployed more than 1,000 units of MAL™ Digital Signage at Sunway Pyramid, EON Banks, KTM and our other participating networks. Apart from that, we are also actively involved in building media sales within our digital signage networks. In view of our expansion, we have launched the “Lifestyle Channel” to focus and establish on our own media network.
ICT MSI Service Center:- Mal-Electronics Sdn Bhd has officially been appointed as the South-East Asia ASP (Authorized Service Center) by Micro-Star International (MSI) since September 2008.
